Three steps

Clone, pick plugins, deploy. Nothing lives outside the repo.

  1. Clone the repoInstall deps, copy .dev.vars
  2. Pick pluginsSet ids in mail.json, or drop files under plugins/
  3. Deploy the WorkerSet secrets, then npm run deploy
